Dr. Kühne worked for a leading german bank for more than 8 years and was specialised in Corporate Finance and M&A for small-and middle sized companies. Besides his regional responsibility as Senior Vice President, he was responsible for the automotive sector and manages a multitude of transactions in the field. His sector expertise furthermore includes machinery, electronics and real estate sector as well as medical technology and the heavy industry. For more than two years he was in charge as Director of Financial Advisory at a Frankfurt located Investmentbank and supervised several transactions for national and international Family Offices.
Within Motion Capital he holds the overall responsibility for Corporate Finance and Family Office Services.

Dr. Kühne holds a degree of the Munich Business School of Management (Ludwig Maximilians Universität München) with a focus on Accounting and Financing. For more than 10 years he is in charge as Manager of “Stiftung der deutschen Wirtschaft” for Munich and the surrounding area. He is member of several advisory boards.
